Keith D. Shealy, M.D.
Dr. Shealy has practiced in Lancaster since 1984. He obtained his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina and trained in residence at Anderson Family Practice. On active staff at Springs Memorial Hospital, he has served as Chief of Medical Staff and Chief of Family Practice. Dr. Shealy is certified by the American Board of Family Physicians, the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Lancaster Medical Society, and the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
Steve M. Culp, M.D.
Dr. Culp began his medical practice in his hometown of Lancaster in 1992 after obtaining his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completing his residency training in Family Medicine at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. On active staff at Springs Memorial Hospital, he is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and the American Association of Medical Review Officers. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Lancaster Medical Society. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Culp enjoys providing care for Hispanic patients.
Frank Sharp, M.D.
Dr. Sharp began his practice in Lancaster in 2000 after receiving his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine and completing his residency in Family Practice at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ. On active staff at Springs Memorial Hospital, he is board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Sharp is the Medical Director of Hospice Care of South Carolina.

Linda Daily, D.O.
Dr. Daily has been in practice in Lancaster since 1992 after moving to the Carolinas from Michigan. She has a special interest in the treatment of hypertension and diabetes and in the care of the elderly. Dr. Daily graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa in 1988 and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Oakwood Hospital in Michigan.

Kerri Hatcher, PharmD
Dr. Hatcher received her doctorate in pharmacy from the South Carolina College of Pharmacy at the University of South Carolina in 2013. She enjoys getting to know her patients as she helps them achieve better overall health and she's passionate about helping people get the best results from their medications. She is specially trained in the management of medications as well as chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and COPD.

Fabiana Troxler, AGNP-C
Born and raised in Brazil and currently residing in Fort Mill, Fabiana earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2014 from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro. She loves geriatrics and dedicates her time to building rapport and trust with her valued patients. She is married, has two boys and one girl, and enjoys family, cooking and music.
